Halion[10] the Pokemon went down on TLC

After getting it to 2% the first day when it was released wich would
have ment another server first if we did have killed it, we came back
today and killed Halion on 10 man. The fight is pretty straight forward
and in a month or so the /2 chat channel will be filled with
pugs looking for a fast kill.
